1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Ozedia ("we", "us"). They apply to ozedia.com, the early access list, and the Ozedia app at app.ozedia.com (the "Services").
By using the Services you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Billing and Refunds policy. If you use the Services for a business, you confirm you can bind that business. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live if higher, and able to form a binding contract.
- Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Each workspace has one login for now. You are responsible for keeping your password private and for everything done under your login. Please do not share it.
- Tell us at hello@ozedia.com if you think your account has been accessed by someone else.
3. Early access
Joining the list does not give you a right to use Ozedia by a particular date. During early access features can change, be limited to some people, or be switched off, and some channel features depend on each platform's own approval. We provide early access features as they are, with no commitment to availability.
Nothing is charged during early access. If we later introduce paid plans, we will show the prices before anyone is asked to pay, and you can choose not to continue.
4. The Services
Ozedia lets you connect your own accounts on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Facebook and Threads, organise them into brands, schedule and publish posts, read and answer comments and messages where the platform allows it, and see numbers about your accounts.
Everything Ozedia does with your accounts depends on those platforms. They control their own rules, interfaces and availability, may change or restrict access at any time, and may suspend your accounts. That can limit or interrupt features in Ozedia. We are not responsible for the platforms or their decisions. The Channels page lists what is possible on each one.
You authorise Ozedia to act on the accounts you connect only as you instruct: to publish what you scheduled, to send the replies you write, and to read the data needed to show your inbox and numbers.
5. Your content
"Your Content" is the text, links, images, video and other material you upload or write in Ozedia. You keep all rights you have in it.
You give Ozedia a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process and transmit Your Content only as needed to run the Services for you, including publishing it to the accounts you choose. The licence ends when you delete the content, apart from backups for a short period and content already published on a platform.
You are responsible for Your Content and for what is published from your accounts. You confirm you own it or have the rights to use it, and that it follows the law, the rules of each platform, and our Acceptable Use Policy.
6. Acceptable use
Use the Services lawfully and as set out in our Acceptable Use Policy. Do not misuse the Services, interfere with them, try to reach them in unauthorised ways, resell them without permission, or use them to spam, deceive, harass or infringe the rights of others.
7. Plans and payment
Ozedia plans to offer a Free plan and paid plans billed monthly or yearly. The planned prices are shown on the pricing page and are not final. Until paid plans open, nothing is charged. When they do, these Terms and our Billing and Refunds policy will describe renewal, cancellation and refunds before you are asked to pay.
8. Ozedia's intellectual property
The Services, including the software, design, text, logos and trademarks (other than Your Content), belong to Ozedia or its licensors and are protected by law. Subject to these Terms we give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for your own business or personal purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or create derivative works from the Services except as the law allows.
If you send us feedback, you allow us to use it without obligation to you.
9. Copyright complaints
If you believe something on the Services infringes your copyright, email hello@ozedia.com with your contact details, a description of the work, where the material is, a statement that you act in good faith and that your information is accurate, and your signature. We may remove material and suspend repeat infringers.
10. Third-party services
The Services work with third-party platforms and may link to other sites. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and we are not responsible for them. Connecting an account authorises Ozedia to use it as described when you connect it, until you disconnect it.
11. Ending your use
You can stop using the Services at any time, remove accounts and brands yourself, or ask us at hello@ozedia.com to close your account. We may suspend or end your access, with notice where practical, if you break these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for Ozedia or others, or if we stop offering the Services. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as ownership, disclaimers, limits of liability and disputes) will continue.
After your account closes we delete Your Content within a reasonable time. Copy anything you need first.
12. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we do not promise that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, that a post will be published at an exact moment, that a platform will accept it, or that any reach, engagement or growth will follow. Numbers shown come from the platforms and are for information only.
13. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Ozedia and its directors, employees and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, or for lost profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from the Services.
Our total liability for any claim about the Services is limited to the greater of the amount you paid Ozedia in the 12 months before the event or USD 100. Some places do not allow certain limits, so part of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
14. Indemnity
You agree to defend and compensate Ozedia and its officers and employees against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, from your use of the Services in breach of these Terms or the law, or from your infringing another person's rights.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where Ozedia is registered, without its conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any consumer protections that apply where you live. Please write to hello@ozedia.com first so we can try to settle a problem informally. If we cannot, disputes go to the courts of that country, unless the law lets you bring a claim elsewhere.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will change the date above and give reasonable notice by email or in the app. Using the Services after the change takes effect means you accept it.
17. General
- These Terms and the policies they mention are the whole agreement about the Services.
- If part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest stays in effect.
- Not enforcing a right is not giving it up.
- You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them with a merger or sale.
- We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
- We may give notices by email, in the app or on the website.
