When you connect an account, you are sent to Instagram, X, LinkedIn or the others to sign in there. Ozedia never sees or stores your password for them.

How Ozedia connects to your social accounts, what it keeps, and how you take it all back.
Access is stored encrypted
What a platform hands back so Ozedia can post for you is encrypted before it is saved. It is used only to post, read and reply for the accounts you connected.
Only the permissions we need
We ask each platform for the permissions needed to schedule, read comments and messages, and show numbers, and no more. You can see the list on the platform's own consent screen.
Nothing goes out unless you say so
Ozedia publishes only what you wrote and scheduled, to the accounts you ticked. It does not post, like or follow on its own.
Brands are kept apart
Every request is checked on our server: a brand's accounts, posts and messages can only be reached by its owner, and a post cannot be sent to an account of another brand.
You can leave at any time
Remove an account and its stored access is deleted. Delete a brand and its accounts, posts and uploaded files go with it. You can also revoke access from the platform's own settings.
