Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

Ozedia posts to real accounts for real people, so it has to stay safe for you, for your audience and for the platforms we connect to. This policy applies to everything you do with the Services. Breaking it can lead to a warning, removal of content, or suspension.

2. Do not use Ozedia to

• break the law, or help anyone else do so;
• post spam, mass unsolicited messages, or the same message to many accounts to fake popularity;
• run fake, automated or purchased engagement, or accounts that pretend to be someone else;
• harass, threaten, hate on, or exploit people, or share sexual content involving minors, graphic violence or content that promotes self-harm;
• publish material you do not have the right to use, including others' copyrighted work, private information or images of people without permission;
• mislead people with false claims, fake reviews or testimonials, or scams and phishing;
• sell or promote illegal goods and services;
• collect data about people from the platforms for any purpose other than showing it to you in your own workspace.

3. Follow the platforms' rules

Each platform has its own rules about what may be posted, how often, and how automation may be used. You must follow them, including their rules on disclosing paid partnerships and on automated posting. If a platform limits or suspends your account, Ozedia cannot override that.

4. Do not harm the Services

• Do not try to break, probe, overload or bypass the security of the Services.
• Do not reach another person's or another brand's data.
• Do not use scripts or bots to use the app in ways it was not made for, or resell access without our permission.
• Do not share your login with other people.

5. Reporting and enforcement

If you see something that breaks this policy, or a security problem, tell us at hello@ozedia.com. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break this policy, with notice where practical, and we may tell the platforms or the authorities where the law requires it.
