Answer every comment without living in your inbox

Replies are where a follower becomes a customer. Here is a routine that keeps them fast without taking over your day.

Give replies their own time

Checking six apps all day is what burns people out. Instead, set two short windows, one in the morning and one in the afternoon, and answer everything that arrived since the last one. Outside those windows, leave it alone.

One inbox for all channels helps because you do not have to remember where to look. Comments, mentions and messages arrive in one list, newest first.

Sort before you write

Read the whole list once and decide what each message needs, then write the replies in a run.

  • Questions with a quick answer: reply now.
  • Praise: a short, human thank you is enough.
  • Complaints: reply calmly, then move the details to a private message.
  • Spam and abuse: hide it and move on.

Know what each platform allows

Platforms set their own rules. Facebook and Instagram let you answer direct messages, but only within 24 hours of the person's last message. Threads has no direct messages at all. LinkedIn does not let outside apps read comments on a personal profile. A good tool tells you plainly when something is not possible, instead of failing quietly.

Write answers once

If you answer the same question every week, put the answer in your posts or your profile link, and keep a short note of your usual replies. Reusing your own wording is faster and still sounds like you.
